Xbox 360 : Assassins Creed 2 Some glitch I found.... Carnage is Great!!!

I was playing Assassins Creed 2 yesterday and I've managed to pull off some glitch. Dont ask me how. It does look real cool though. Heres some pics and a Youtube clip.
